Application Colors

The colors displayed in Point of Success Office Manager and Point of Success Order Entry have meaning. Green usually means something has been pressed or the button is 'down' or it is the start of a warning color sequence. Yellow typically means action. If something is yellow it typically means it requires action. Yellow is typically indicative of the second in a warning series much like a traffic light. Red typically demands immediate attention. Red is usually the final color in a warning sequence. Red can also mean 'No'.

These colors may be changed as is demonstrated on the 'Required Action Color' above. See how changing the color to red makes the red color meaningless. No longer are action or attention items yellow, but rather red. If this is preferred, this screen is provided to be able to adjust the colors. It is, however, not recommended.

To change colors, click the drop-down arrow adjacent the color and select from the list of colors. The last color is 'Custom' which allows the user to define a specified color and use that for the system.
