Order Warning Time
The Order Warning Time is set up in the Point of Success Office Manager program under the Tools menu. It appears under the 'New Order' heading. The way to access this slide bar is to click on the last item under that heading where it says, "Set the number of minutes before the promise time to give a warning on the dispatch list." Click the blue underlined hyperlink text to access the Order Warning Time window.
The slide bar in this window provides a way to set the warning time for orders waiting to be dispatched. Set the number of minutes before promised time threshold by sliding the bar to the corresponding number of minutes. Once set, an order waiting to be dispatched will turn yellow when the set time approaches (determined by the Order Warning Time) and will turn red when the promised time has been exceeded.
