New Till or Bank (Order Entry)

New Till

To assign a new till or bank to a staff member, press the New button in the Till and Bank List and this window will appear. Choose Till or Bank. Remember that a Till has a cash drawer associated with it where a bank does not.

The default value set for tills and banks for the day will be automatically filled in but the amount can be changed by pressing the button with the dollar figure on it. The staff member is assigned by pressing the button next to Staff: and selecting from the resulting list. The staff member's name will replace 'not assigned' on the face of the button.
