The Department List is established in the Point of Success Office Manager program under the Tools menu. It is under the 'Company Information heading. Access the list using the blue hyperlink in 'Set up employee departments.'
The program installs with the following default department list:
Customer Service
Delivery Driver
Food Preparation
Management
Server
To add or remove items from this list, use the Add Item and Delete Item buttons located to the right of the list.
