Data Maintenance
For Data Maintenance to function, all users must exit the Point of Success programs. If there are users on the server or workstations that are accessing the data, an error will occur and a message will appear on the screen indicating that users are still logged in. To access the database utilities including backup, restore, view, re-index, and pack data tables, click Start | All Programs | Point of Success | Database Administrator to launch the utility.
