To gather data into CentralPoint HQ the Import Batch process must occur. To import data click "Retrieve / Import Data..."
Once the information is received and processed, the batch can be viewed by double-clicking the batch record. Information about the batch in available including the status, date range, date and time sent and received, the batch number, and the store code. If there is a question on the content of a batch, verify this data to ensure accuracy.
