Recipe adjustments are used to reduce inventory for the items contained in a recipe. Reasons for adjusting a recipe may include a dropped pizza, improperly prepared steak, or the sale of an item that did not go through the POS system.
Select the recipe to be adjusted and click Adjust Recipe.
Enter the quantity to be adjusted then select the type and date of the adjustment. Click the Comment button to enter a reason for the adjustment then click Adjust Recipe to remove the ingredients of the recipe from stock.
