The following is a list of the reports with their short descriptions that are in CentralPoint HQ. The report designer is also available giving full access to adjust or customize any existing report or create new reports.

Note: Any report can be printed to a printer, printed to a file, or emailed to a designated email address or multiple email addresses.

Customer Email Export - Export a list of all customer email addresses to a text file

Customer List - Name, addresses and phone number of your customers

Customer Mailing Export - Export mailing addresses of customers

Customer Mailing Labels - Mailing labels for any range of customers selected by zip code

Customer Purchase History Summary - View order summaries for selected customers

Financial Summary - Shows periodic accounting information for the accountant to help in preparation of financial statements

Good Customer Email Export - Export email of customers who have ordered more than the specified date range

Good Customer List - List of customers that have ordered more than a specified number of times within the user specified date range

Good Customer Mailing Export - Export addresses of customer that have ordered more than a specified number of times within the user specified date range

Good Customer Mailing Labels - Print labels for customers that have ordered more than a specified number of times within the user specified date range

Lazy or Lost Customer Labels (30 days) - Print labels for customer who haven't ordered in the last 30 to 59 days

New Customer Email Export - Export a list of all new customers email addresses to a text file

New Customer List - Name, addresses and phone number of your new customers

New Customer Mailing Export - Export mailing addresses for new customers

New Customer Mailing Labels - Mailing labels for new customers selected by zip code

Point of Success Report Template - Report template to be used to get a quick start when creating a new report

Revenue by Category Chart - Show all store revenues by category

Sales by Product Category - Sales and discounts summarized by product category

Sales by Product Category - Location - Sales and discounts summarized by product category per location
