Personal Identification Numbers
The Personal Identification Number Setup is located in the CentralPoint HQ program under the Tools menu. It is listed under the heading 'Company Information.'
During initial installation and setup, the program automatically forces one system administrator be established. The program cannot continue without setting up an administrator. Once this administrator's information has been keyed in and saved, the program then automatically asks for a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to be established for that person.
The staff and PIN information for CentralPoint HQ is not shared with Point of Success. The two files are separate. If a staff member has been entered in Point of Success Office Manager, that staff member will NOT appear in CentralPoint HQ. All staff allowed to access CentralPoint HQ must be specifically entered in that software.
